This Resource Center, provided by PRIME Education and supported by Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, contains downloadable resources and practical tools to support coordinated, multidisciplinary care and facilitate timely, comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for patients with ATTRv (also known as hATTR) amyloidosis.
Performance Improvement Playbook
The goal of the ATTRv Amyloidosis Performance Improvement Playbook (“Playbook”) is to provide clinicians with practical tools to improve the delivery of comprehensive, collaborative care that meets the individual needs of patients with ATTRv amyloidosis. The Playbook offers insights and resources informed by a nationwide quality improvement (QI) initiative and curated to address four major barriers that can inhibit comprehensive care and improved outcomes for patients with ATTRv amyloidosis: 1) delayed diagnosis; 2) incomplete diagnostic workups; 3) lack of shared decision-making with patients; and 4) insufficient follow-up to monitor for disease progression.
Disease Awareness
ATTRv amyloidosis is an underrecognized multisystemic disease that presents with varying signs and symptoms often misattributed to other conditions. This Resource Center contains tools to elevate awareness of ATTRv amyloidosis in your community.
Diagnosis
This Resource Center offers tools to assist you in the comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis of ATTRv amyloidosis with cardiomyopathy and/or polyneuropathy.
Shared Decision-Making
ATTRv amyloidosis is a complex condition impacting every aspect of a patient's life. Patient-centered, coordinated care is therefore essential for ensuring clinical, personal, and social needs are addressed. This Resource Center offers tools to help prepare you and your patients for holistic discussions that ensure care decisions align with both clinical goals and individual needs and preferences.

This Resource Center offers tools to help you and your team monitor patients for clinical deterioration and disease progression to inform treatment decisions.
